Welcome to Candy and Charlie's web site!

We moved to this area to finish out a 23 year career in Naval Avaition. We live in a community called Fletcher Hills named after Col Ed Fletcher. He and his family owned and developed most of the area. He is also known for bringing water to this area from the Cuyamaca mountains via flumes. The community overlooks the El Cajon valley and is included in the cities of El Cajon, La Mesa and San Diego. for a map of the area and driving directions to our home use the map location link below.

Candy commenced a new career upon our move to San Diego, She became a Florist and has won several awards in the floral community of San Diego, After retiring from the Navy I opened a Mortgage Company which I maintained for 20 years.
Candy and I were looking for something that we could do together. We started driving over the road hauling cheese from California to Wisconsin for processing and then back to California. We would make one trip of 6400 miles per week.
An illness closed out that portion of our lives. Now Candy is back in the Florist business pushin posies. I am recovering from the Illness and I am looking for gainful employment.
